There is a little girl whose smile I’ve never seen in real life.
There is a little girl whose laugh I’ve never heard.
There is a little girl whose soft, golden curls I’ve never felt.
Today I wear purple with the others who have loved this little girl we only knew online.
Today I wear purple with these others as we show support for the whole Spohr family.
Today I say a prayer and blessing for the sweet little angel, Maddie Spohr.

Beautiful. I am so glad to know that so many of us feel this way-we never met that little angel, but we mourn and pray just the same.
